Every currency in its own wallet. One total.
Salary in dollars, rent in euros, cash in lira. Spreadsheets break and most apps assume one currency. Finpin keeps a wallet per currency and rolls them into one total — from a Telegram chat.
The problem with living in several currencies
When money moves between countries, a single-currency budget stops making sense. Converting every coffee by hand is tedious, and mixing currencies in one column turns totals into fiction.
- You get paid in one currency and spend in another.
- You hold cash in a currency your bank app doesn’t show.
- You move money between accounts and lose track of the rate you got.
How Finpin handles it

See one total
Balances roll into one approximate total using exchange rates that update daily.

Questions
How many currencies does Finpin support?
All 155 ISO 4217 currencies, including ones many banking apps skip.
Where do exchange rates come from?
Rates are refreshed automatically every day from market and central-bank data. Totals across currencies are an approximation, marked with ≈.
Can I record the rate I actually got?
Yes. When you transfer between wallets in different currencies, you enter how much arrived, so the real rate is kept.
Does it connect to my bank accounts?
No. You log entries yourself or import a CSV statement. Finpin never asks for bank credentials.
Can I use it with a partner abroad?
Yes. Add Finpin to a Telegram group to track shared costs, while personal wallets stay private in your own chat with the bot.
